OUR PROMISE
2-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty
Our 2-year parts & workmanship warranty keeps us true to the trade and gives you the peace of mind you deserve. Every installation by our licensed technicians is backed in writing.
WHAT WE WARRANT
Workmanship You Can Count On
We warrant that all electrical installation work performed by our licensed technicians is free from defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation completion (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty covers labor and workmanship only, and applies to non-technology devices and standard electrical installations, including but not limited to:
- Wiring, conduit runs, and circuit installations
- Panel connections, breaker installations, and load center work
- Outlet, switch, and junction box installations
- Fixture mounting and hardwired connections
- Grounding and bonding work
COVERAGE BY YEAR
Parts & Labor, Year by Year
Year 1 — Months 1–12
Parts and labor both covered at no cost to you. Faulty parts identified within the first 12 months from the date of installation are replaced at our expense, in conjunction with any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Year 2 — Months 13–24
Labor covered at no cost to you. If a part has failed beyond its manufacturer’s warranty period, the replacement part is the customer’s responsibility — and we will always provide a written parts-cost estimate before proceeding with any repair.
Whether a failure is attributable to workmanship or to a part is determined by our licensed technician upon inspection. This determination is final and binding.

MAKING A CLAIM
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please:
- Contact our office in writing (email or letter) within the Warranty Period, describing the defect
- Provide the original invoice or job number as proof of installation date
- Allow our technician reasonable access to the property to inspect within 10 business days of notification
We reserve the right to inspect the installation before authorizing any warranty repair. Unauthorized third-party repairs performed before our inspection will void this warranty for the affected work.
THE FINE PRINT
Limitation of Liability & Transferability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship only. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a defect, including lost income, property damage unrelated to the electrical installation, or costs of arranging alternative services during the repair period. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer named on the installation invoice. It does not transfer to subsequent property owners or tenants.
